But what does it all mean?
Solo - It's all on you... hey, no pressure, right?
Team - Maximum of 4 riders per team... But if you've only got 2 or 3, we're cool with that too.
Open - Faster Sport to Expert Level - Bring it...
Sport - Beginner to Sport Level - Don't tell me you need another reason to ride your bike and drink beer...
Veteran - Total age ~140+ - At least you won't have to worry about getting beat by a 16 yr old kid.

Course Info

The course includes varied singletrack and doubletrack sections.
Course distance is approximately 8.5 - 9 miles.

The inaugural Disc Burner 12 Hour Mountain Bike Race will be held on June 07, 2008 at Panther Creek State Park in Morristown, TN.

Tentative race time will be from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Your entry fee gets you (or you and your team) 12 hours of great single and doubletrack (perhaps even a 6 Hour option), swag bag, post race meal, bonfire, and a pint glass... And you'll want to hang on to that pint glass for after the race, as adult recovery beverages will be provided.
